The 2010 Stevens Pass Bird Camp took place from December 29th-31st. Pro skier Michael (Bird) Shaffer taught the areas first Junior Free Ride Clinic. Head Freeride World Tour Judge Jim Jack helped teach along with master ski instructor Mitch Ross, park coach Alex Bosco, FWT competitor Michelle Manning and 20 year veteran Stevens Pass Ski Patrolmen Clay Peterson.

Way cool, seeing young people, skiing stuff that was considered "unskiable" when I was there age. It's great to see how the sport has progressed, and where it's going!

Beautiful stuff. Bird and Jim Jack are ideal ambassadors to spread the passion of skiing on to the next generation. I echo the previous post

WOW!!! I started skiing when I was 8. Now I get to watch my granddaughter, Jasmine skiing on top of the world.

Thanks for the nice words! It was special to see the all-stars sharing their experience with this new generation of upcoming skiers. How good would it be to ski with this crew if you were a little shredder, so good!
