The annual Home and Garden show in Wenatchee Washington ran from March 9th to the 11th and and filled the Town Toyota Center with booths from hundreds of vendors and local businesses.  The home show is a great place to get new ideas and learn tips on everything from gardening to home improvement and even hobbies such as cooking and sewing.  The best thing about the event is that it’s also free and it’s a great family friendly activity!

Amongst the most notable booths were a display of a working waterfall for the backyard, an outdoor coffee table featuring a built in fire pit, and multiple high end hot tubs filed with jets and lights.  Many booths offered health products such as massage, chiropractic services and even a biophonic scanner to show the amount of antioxidants in your body.

For the greenthumbs, garden guru Ciscoe Morris gave a lecture starting at 1:00 pm on Sunday about eco-friendly gardening.  He discussed wise us of grass in landscapes and methods to take care of your lawn that keep it looking lush and green without dousing it with chemicals.

We walked away from the Home and Garden show with a handful of brochures, business cards, and a few goodies and look forward to attending next year!
