Logan Carter, a film major from Spokane Washington, is today’s Icicle TV contributor.  Logan has been making films for about four years and specializes in outdoor/adventure filmmaking.

“This is the first video I put together after getting my slider! Featuring the Carter Pond!!  We’ve been skating on it for 3 winters, but this year was the first where we had really nice ice with no snow to mess it up!”
