Now in it’s second year, the Dirty Face Music & Arts Festival will be serving up another weekend of live music, performance arts, food from Smokin’ Joe’s BBQ, beer & wine, art booths and activities, auction & raffle, morning yoga sessions, and a 2-day disc golf series. Scheduled for Saturday, August 1st & Sunday August 2nd, at Thousand Trails Campground in Plain, WA, the event is presented by Artis, formerly Icicle Arts, in Leavenworth, WA and it is their major Arts Education Fundraiser of the year.
Live Music from 1pm – 11pm Saturday Aug 1st
Your MC & Host: Maggie Smelser, Leavenworth-local & Musician
Pre-sale tickets are available now at http://dirtyfacemusicfest.bpt.me, for $20 adults, $10 youth, 8 & under are free.
Overnight camping at Thousand Trails is also available. There is a designated car-tent camping area close to the festival area that has been set aside for Dirty Face campers. To make a reservation, call Thousand Trails at 509-763-2020 ext. 4, and mention you’re there for the festival. If you try to make a reservation online, it will tell you there are no campsites available since they’ve been blocked off just for festival campers. Campsites are $36 each and are large enough for up to 6 people/3 tents/2 vehicles.
