Forecasts for the weekend call for partly sunny skies and temperatures in the 50’s in Leavenworth and 60 degrees in Wenatchee.  The snow is rapidly melting and although the trails are still unridable in the Upper Valley, mountain biking season will be here soon so we pulled a photo out of the vault in anticipation.

Local mountain biker and Icicle TV contributor Rex Flake drops in for another high speed run down a remote mountain bike trail. Leavenworth mountain biking continues to be a complex situation with both the riders and the forest service struggling to find common ground. Legal mountain bike access is limited to a handful of remaining downhill trails and a couple of cross country trails including the very popular Fruend Canyon.
