Our local ski ambassador and Black Crow athlete Birdman Shaffer sent us a cool perspective of a couple images taken from the tram driver of the Aiguille du Midi. Fabien CARTIER submitted these images of Bird and Mark Shelp skiing the north face off the Aiguille du Midi. This run is a test-piece and enters terrain of 55 degrees with massive exposure. Not for the faint of heart. Here is a video of one of the Black Crow’s founder shot that will give you an idea of what it would be like to ski this run.
