On Wednesday, July 1, 2015 Leavenworth-local and Icicle TV contributor Patrick Hennessey launched his speed wing from the top of Tumwater Mountain in Leavenworth, flew through Tumwater Canyon and landed at a sandy beach at the Red Bridge along Highway 2. The total flight time lasted about 2.5 to 3 minutes and after a refreshing splash-landing in the shallows of the Wenatchee River, Patrick dove back in with his kayak alongside Tom Potter to run the rapids from the dam back to Red Bridge.
And to think this was all done before 10am… What adventures will you have before 10am? #fiveten #gopro
