Wenatchee Bluegrass Festival happens the third weekend of every June in Cashmere, Washington and this year’s event included performances by multiple bands along with workshops for musicians of all ages. Here are some of the youngest, but still incredibly talented players during the two day workshop led by Martin Stevens.
“There’s nothing like playing music to inspire a child, to help them dream, to build their confidence, and to provide them with opportunities for self-expression and creativity. Bluegrass, like no other form of music, accomplishes all those goals in a fun, supportive, social setting, just as it has for generations of the American folk music tradition”.
